What's old is new
This is my place to show off the items I would call vintage, things I have either refinished or kept as is and find interesting. I am still a kid at heart bringing home what some might call junk and am always in search of that buried treasure. I am not a picker and I am not a hoarder, working with my hands on my own time repairing or refinishing the things I find brings me peace of mind and time to myself to contemplate whatever has transpired in my life or time to just zone out and concentrate on the task at hand. Some items for sale or possible trade just ask..click on my profile and send me an email.

Wow, that's quite a looker! You don't have anywhere to squeeze it in?
ReplyDeleteWith no garage it's tough having to pass on larger prospects. The house is 100yr old 2 storey brick that looks enormous on the outside but has little space inside (9ft ceilings but narrow) and forget about the basement. I would only ever pick this up to flip it anyway.
ReplyDeleteThis has some great lines. In doing a little research I couln't find anything on the company but it appears to be Canadian. The only thing I could find were a couple of bedroom pieces from the same suite that had sold in B.C. These would definetly sell in my store!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's a Canadian manufacturer. I pretty sure there from Victoriaville, Quebec east of Montreal. I'm also pretty sure the un-named Walnut dresser in the post prior to this was sold out of Sears or something like that. I actually saw another four drawer dresser today that matched it exactly but it was beyond saving, there is a date of 1964 however on the back.
